The Elementary HelperThese Plural Grammar Boards are a HUGE success in our class. Thanks to Sarah at The Elementary Helper for creating these Plural Grammar Boards. We use these throughout the year to make sure we are up on our plurals. There are endless possibilities on how these can be incorporated into your classroom!

The Elementary HelperPlural Grammar Boards are aligned to the Common Core and comes with directions on how to set up the boards. I pull these out throughout the year during centers to keep the plurals fresh in my kiddo’s minds. The cards are laminated, cut, and stored in an index card box, The students can work on them independently, and then check their answers when they are finished. The Elementary HelperWhile at the center, students write their answers in the corresponding box. The sheet is copied front and back and is placed into their center folders. The students can work on the cards at their own pace. At the end of the week when I check their folders, I can see their progress. Sometimes I check their folders in the middle the week- just to keep them honest! The Elementary HelperTowards the end of the year we use the cards as a Treasure Hunt. I will place the cards around the room and the students have to “run” around the room trying to find the cards and write the correct answer during a certain time frame. Sometimes we have a winner, and other times every one wins! The kids love when we use these are a treasure hunt since it gets them up and moving around the room.
