Crazy Pizza Day

During the beginning of the school year we spend a lot of time talking about our favorite things. In a class full of kids who are just learning English it’s hard sometimes to get conversations going during our large group time. One thing that we have been able to talk about though is our favorite foods and pizza seems to be common among my kids. So we read the book Crazy Pizza Day. 

Then each kid made their own pizza in the art center. 

We then talked about what we put on our own crazy pizzas.

I loved hearing all the crazy things kids would put on their pizzas!
